Week three of the Self-Care Bullet Journal Challenge focused on psychological care. As I’ve been doing up until now I wrote a little something for each question of focus provided.
- What gives you peace of mind?
- What gives you mental clarity?
- What creative activities do you enjoy?
- What can you say no to?
- How do you relax after a long day?
- What are you grateful for?
I’m trying to be as honest as I can with my writing. Even though no one, other than me, is reading my bullet journal (bujo) word for word, some of the images I’m sharing have snippets of my thoughts that are readable. So I might as well be honest.
My favorite section of this weeks mind dump was listing what I am grateful for.
I really have come to love writing in my journal. I may not be the best writer or even the most proficient but its been great getting things out of my head.
I’ve spent some time looking at other posts towards the challenge and have been inspired to get more creative with the design of my responses to these weekly prompts. So I’m looking forward to week 4: Emotional Care.
Thanks for stopping by and reading. I hope you too will take the challenge and clear your mind.
More Later.

I think it’s a fantastic idea, because when we’re in a rut, we don’t always have the presence of mind to figure out how to get out of it. Or how to handle stress, etc. That way you have a compendium of helpful things for when you need them.
